A therapy intensive is a focused, immersive approach to healing that allows you to make meaningful progress in a shorter period of time. Instead of spreading sessions out over weeks or months, intensives offer extended sessions over several hours, creating space to go deeper, and with more continuity.
Therapy intensives are designed for individuals, couples or family relationships who feel “stuck,” overwhelmed, or ready to address something significant without the stop-and-start rhythm of traditional weekly therapy. This format allows us to slow down, follow important threads fully, and work with care and intention—without watching the clock.
During an intensive, we collaborate to tailor the experience to your needs, goals, and nervous system. Time is built in for processing, reflection, and integration, not just “doing the work.” Many clients find that the extended format helps them feel more grounded, supported, and connected to the therapeutic process.
