CANDICE CORRAO, LICSW

A woman with long gray hair smiling, sitting on a gray armchair in a room with a window and potted plant behind her, and pink and white curtains.

I have been a clinician for 20 years.   I’m deeply interested in you—your story, your goals, and what you hope for in your life and relationships. Therapy with me is a space to be curious, reflective, and intentional as we make sense of your experiences together.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including the Gottman Method, Couples Developmental Model, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and values-based work. I thoughtfully weave these frameworks together to help you better understand your patterns, reconnect with yourself, and strengthen your relationships in more meaningful ways.

I’m committed to providing an inclusive, sex-positive, and affirming therapeutic space where you feel respected, understood, and supported. I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy to adults in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

As a small, independent practice, I’m able to offer a more personal experience—you’ll connect with me directly from the start, giving you a clear sense early on of whether working together feels like the right fit.

You don’t need a new life. You need a new way to see the one you’re already living.
